Biography of Joshua Norfles 

I’m a relationship-driven entrepreneur and business professional with a background in business development, operations, and client relationship management. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach and an Associate of Science in Advanced Culinary Arts from Orange Coast College.

I’m the Founder of Norfs, a Southern California–based food and beverage brand I built from the ground up, where I oversee financial operations, product development, pricing strategy, and marketing. I’ve also developed a strong foundation in consultative sales through hospitality, consistently driving revenue by building trust and guiding client decision-making in high-stakes, relationship-driven environments.



In addition, I serve as an Industry Advisor for Orange Coast College’s Culinary Arts Program, providing guidance on real-world business operations and workforce readiness. I bring a hands-on, relationship-first approach to helping business owners understand their value and navigate growth or transition with confidence.
